The Governor has announced four stages in reopening California to the way the things were before the pandemic. Stage 1: Safety and Preparedness – making our essential workforce as safe as possible. Making sure our hospitals, police, emergency services have protective equipment, and the Stay At Home order to make sure everyone is safe.
