COVID-19 brings different emotional experiences in each of us. Self-quarantine may not be easy for some of us, especially living with someone who is an abuser and feel unsafe at home. Fear not, here’s Deaf Hotline that you can reach out for help to developing a safety plan and/or other alternative ways to stay safe during self-quarantine at home. As for San Diego residents, we are available to provide support as well. Don’t wait.
