Hello! We are all isolated, stuck at home, wondering what to do and we would become lazy. Our eating patterns would be off schedule. Our sleep schedule is off either sleeping more or staying up all night. We would watch TV all day and all night. There’s no routine to this kind of activities like before the CONVID-19 outbreak. I need to stress the importance of not doing that, take care of yourself and to set up a daily routine to stick with. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day. Eat 3 healthy meals and snacks a day. Practice mindfulness, meditation and exercise a little bit throughout the day. There are different things you can do to take care of yourself to help you feel better. Not doing so can lead to increase depression, anxiety, stress and body aches. Having a routine helps your body and mind to relax. Keep your routine.
