Our Mission

DCS is dedicated to providing comprehensive Advocacy & Community Engagement services to Deaf, Deafblind, Deafdisabled, Hard of Hearing and Late Deafened clients residing in both San Diego County and Imperial County. 

Our mission is to elevate and empower individuals within the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community, fostering their independence, enhancing accessibility, and protecting their rights and future prospects.

Whether it’s assisting with accessing education, employment, or healthcare resources, our team works tirelessly to ensure that clients have the tools and support necessary to lead self-sufficient lives.
