Our Interpreting department is dedicated to providing highly qualified and certified ASL interpreters in San Diego County. Our team of both staff and freelance interpreters ensures comprehensive language access, accommodating various language modalities, including American Sign Language (ASL), Tactile, ProTactile, Legal, and CART Services.

Additional Communication Accommodation Services
Certified Deaf Interpreter (CDI/DI) – A Deaf Interpreter is a specialist who provides interpreting, translation, and transliteration services in American Sign Language and other visual and tactual communication forms used by individuals who are Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and DeafBlind. Deaf Interpreters work most often in tandem with hearing interpreters. The Deaf-Hearing interpreter team ensures that the spoken language message reaches the Deaf consumer in a language or communication form that they can understand, and that the Deaf consumer’s message is conveyed successfully in the spoken language.
